- All participants are required to register through the POA 2021 online registration system.
- If registration is not available, please contact the secretariat at infoPOA2021@gmail.com
- A receipt for your registration can be issued at ‘My Page’ after you receive the Confirmation of Registration.
- Registration will be available until June 21 (Mon), 2021 and On-site Registration will be strictly RESTRICTED in respect to the local COVID-19 safety measures.

- 국내 참가자분들은 구분 없이 대회 참여방식에 따라 등록비가 달라집니다.
- COVID-19관련 현장 방역관리를 위하여 사전기한 내 등록만 가능합니다.
- 사회적 거리두기로 인하여 회의장 내 좌석제한이 있을 수 있습니다.

- 평점은 행사 일자 별 각각 부여되므로, 일자 별 취득하신 평점을 합산할 수는 없습니다.

- 오프라인 참석자 평점 인정
- 평점 확인을 위하여 반드시 행사장 입장 시 1회, 퇴장 시 1회 바코드를 스캔해 주십시오. (1일 2회 이상 스캔)
- 바코드 스캔은 등록데스크에서 하실 수 있습니다. - 온라인 참석자 평점 인정
- “각 세션” 마다 온라인 출결 체크를 진행합니다. 세션 외 시간은 인정되지 않습니다.
Payment Method
Payment of fees should be made using one of the following options.
Credit Card
- Participants can pay the registration fee by a credit card.
- Payment by credit card is available only through the online registration.
- The following credit cards will be accepted : VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, JCB, and Union Pay
- All service charges of credit cards are to be paid by the registrants.
- The actual debit amount is subject to change according to the exchange rate.

2) Note: Please note that the billing descriptor will be listed as EXIMBAY.COM
[ For Domestic ]
1) 신용카드 결제시에는 대회 홈페이지를 통하여 온라인으로 등록하셔야 가능합니다.
2) 카드 결제시 할부결제는 가능하지 않습니다.
3) 국민, 농협 카드사는 결제가 불가능하오니 양해바랍니다.
Wire Transfer(Domestic ONLY)
- 국내 참가자의 경우 은행 송금을 권장합니다.
- 등록 신청을 하신 후 등록비 입금이 이루어져야만 등록 처리가 완료됩니다.
- 모든 은행 수수료는 본인 부담입니다.
- 은행 송금으로 납부하실 경우 송금자와 등록자의 이름이 동일해야 합니다.
- 등록자명과 송금인이 다를 경우, 송금 영수증 사본에 등록자 이름을 명기하여 사무국(infoPOA2021@gmail.com)으로 송부해주십시오.

Cancellations and Refund Policy
- Cancellation must be notified to the secretariat by e-mail (infoPOA2021@gmail.com)
- All refunds will be made after the meeting and the bank service charges will be deducted from the refund.
