1. What is the hybrid meeting?
The Hybrid meeting is the format be combined with functionalities of face-to-face and virtual.
2. What technology do I need to attend the virtual congress?
To attend the virtual congress, you need a good internet connection, your device or computer, and valid registration. For a flawless experience, we highly recommend using Google Chrome.
3. How do I register?

5. What time zone will be used for the virtual conference?
Sessions will take place in Korean Standard Time. (KST)
Access
1. How can I access the Virtual Website?
Only participants who registered for POA 2021 can access the virtual website with the below information.
- ID : Last Name
- PW : Last 4 digits of your phone number.
2. When will I receive the instructions for attending the virtual conferences?
About one week prior to the conference, you will receive an email via the email you used to register for the conference containing all of the instructions on how to access the virtual congress.
3. Do I have access to all of the sessions?
Yes. Similar to if you were attending the congress in-person, you will be given the opportunity to select which sessions you’d like to attend virtually. It is up to you to decide which sessions you’d like to attend during the live congress
4. Can I share my virtual conference login information with other members of my team?
The login link created is unique to each person who is registered for congress. For every paid registration to attend virtually, only one device (computer, laptop, tablet, phone) will be allowed to enter the virtual congress. If you want to participate with your team, they must each register.
Session
1. Will sessions are pre-recorded or live?
Most of the sessions will be feature broadcasted pre-recorded presentations, and there will a remote live Q&A after the presentations. However, the session that speakers participate in onsite will be live.
2. How does Oral Presentation work?
You can see it in each session, and live Q&A will be held after broadcasted pre-recorded presentations.

- Outstanding Abstract (2nd Prize): Diabetes Mellitus: Vascular Disease (Bench to bedside) – July 3 (15:30-16:56)
- Outstanding Abstract (3rd-8th Prize): Moderated Session – July 2 (11:30-12:20)
3. How does e-Poster Presentation work?
It is conducted by submitting a presentation file in advance, not a real-time presentation. The submitted file can be viewed at the 'POA 2021 Virtual Congress Website'.
4. Can I ask questions during the sessions?
If you leave a question during the session, the chair of the session will deliver it to the presenter during the Q&A time after each presentation.
Exhibition
1. Will there be an Exhibit Hall?
Yes, there will be a virtual exhibit hall. You can visit all the sponsor’s booths.
