• 1. POA 2016 will offer a special discount of 100,000 KRW for the registrant of KSC 2016 for Korean participant.

  If you want to get a special discount for the POA 2016 registration, please send the receipt or conformation letter of KSC 2016 registration to the POA 2016 secretariat (info@pulseasia.org).

  ※ 결제를 완료 하신 후에 KSC 등록 증빙 영수증을 제출해주시는 등록자는, 학술대회 현장에서 참석 확인 서명을 받은 후에 환급을 도와드립니다.
  　환급 신청은 POA 2016 행사 기간 내에만 사무국에서 신청이 가능하며, 이후에는 환급은 불가합니다.

  ※ POA 2016 사무국 운영 시간: 9월 24일 ~ 25일, 오전 11시 – 오후 5시 (2일에 한함)

  Please register to the POA 2016 and get a 20% of discount for the ISH 2016 registration.

  ※ E-mail(User ID) should be consistent with ISH 2016.

Payment Method

Credit Card

• Only payment via Credit Card is accepted
• Payment by credit card is available only through the on-line registration system.
• Credit processing fee must be paid by registrants.

Registration and Payment Status

• An automatic confirmation email will be sent to you upon completion of registration.
  Registrants can check the status of registration and payment at 'My page' after logging onto the online registration system.
• An official receipt of your registration will be printable on the online registration system once your payment is completed.
• Please note that the receipt will be downloaded after your payment is confirmed by the secretariat.

Cancellation Policy

• A request for cancelling registration must be pre-notified in writing to the secretariat by e-mail (info@pulseasia.org)
• Until September 9 (Fri), 2016: 100% Refundable
• From September 10 (Sat), 2016: Non-refundable

VISA

• Foreigners wishing to enter the Republic of Korea to attend POA 2016 should possess valid passports and valid entry visas, if required.
  Visitors for sightseeing or transit with confirmed outbound tickets may stay in Korea up to 30 days without visas, except those from certain countries.
  Any visitor from a country that has no diplomatic relations or no special visa exemption with Korea should obtain an entry visa before coming to Korea. If you are uncertain as to the requirements for entry visas to the Republic of Korea, please contact the Korean Embassy or the consulate nearest to you as soon as possible.
